About Our Learning Center
Our Learning Center located in Newark, offers Montessori based Part-Time programs for children ages 2 years 8 months to 5 years. The Learning Center does not offer any full-time programs.
Our Learning Center classrooms are designed very similar to our Montessori School classroom environment, carefully designed to encourage children to grow through interaction and individuality, as children learn through hands-on experience with lessons along the way.
| The classrooms are designed with areas of practical life, sensorial, math, language, cultural and manipulative materials. The materials in each of these curriculum areas reinforce the underlying objectives of concentration, order, coordination and independence. Our curriculum also consists of weekly themes. |

We tailor our attention to each child's cognitive, emotional
and social and physical development. Children learn self respect, respect for others, and respect for their surroundings and love for learning.
Our diverse staff consists of AMI and AMS Teachers and Preschool Teachers. |
Program Overview
The Learning Center has two classrooms: One class for ages 2 years 8 months to 3 years 11 months and the other class is for 4-5 years. Parents can chose from the following sessions:
- Morning: 8:45am - 11:30am
- Afternoon: 12:45pm - 3:30pm
These sessions are available MonFri, Mon,Wed,Fri or Tue,Thu. We provide healthy snacks for all programs.
We accept children who are not yet potty trained for the 2/3 year classroom.
Enrollment Process
Once space has been allocated for a child, parents need to submit the enrollment form along with a $100 non-refundable registration fee and a $200 deposit.
Please call to schedule a tour of the facility, tours
will be guided by a program coordinator who can answer
specific questions about each program.
We allocate space for children at our Learning Center
on a first come, first served basis subject to
availability. Parents can add their children to the
waitlist online by clicking here or calling the
Learning Center at (510) 794-8350.

The Learning Center is located at 5801 Jarvis Ave, Newark in the shopping center by Safeway.
